Preface and Chapter 1.

*DISCLAIMER*: THIS IS AN ALL ORIGIONAL WORK. ANYONE WHO JACKS IT OR ALTERS IT WITHOUT PERMISSION AND USES IT FOR A PROFIT AT ANY TIME I WILL NOT ONLY SUE YOU BUT KICK YOUR ASS! MKAY? :D This is the Preface and First chapter to a novel I am currently working on. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The light of the silver moon illuminated the fair grounds with its glow, in the dark places away from the lights and main attractions, creating a halo of serenity and light around him. "Beautiful," he whispered, letting the words linger like a passing breeze on his lips as he gazed into the heavens of the night, oblivious to the mirth and merriment going on a few feet from him on the main grounds. "What’s beautiful?" a musical, female voice whispered into his ear. "Huh?!" Startled he turned around and gazed upon those chocolate brown eyes for the f...

Something that came to me walking in the fog tonight.

The lights popped out one by one. Fog all around her, so very hard to see. Find him she had to, her life depended on it, as his depended on hers. Two seperate halves of a circle, divided by the edge of a knife, only whole would they survive the night. She ran on, slipping and sliding on the frozen ice. Tick tock, tick tock...a clock sounding off in her head. A molevelant feeling hung in the air...heavier with dread and lonliness as she ran nearer. And there around the corner she found him, staring with defiance into the eyes of the damned. Blue eyes aflame, meeting black empty sockets taht could put all the worlds hope to shame. The creatures elongated face never left his, but her fear could not bring her closer to help him. The things shoulder length, black hair never once russeled in the breeze, but it's screaming face neverleft him. On he stared into taht mask of other worldly death...the breeze russled his dirty blonde hair, making him shiver but never giving into death. O...

Man on the Moon vs. Man in his Room.

**My own little rap/story/poem...I guess a rhapsodey...brought on by some deep thinking and vodka...and a little sleep. ***All refrences to Kid Cudi's songs are used as a serious fan appreciation and are not intended as infringment in any way. Laying in my room, listening to Cudi cut, Mind consumed with no accurate thought, On the dark side, like the kid's man on the moon. Sip a fifth from the skull, crystal V burning as it goes down slooww... Cudi chanting this will be my world...something I already know, never need to be told. The wait seems long, all my work must amount to something...the night looks on with a smirk, Cool touch on my back...by a ghost or an angel as my mind starts to work... The sweat begins to seep, feeling like Cudi's nightmares; hard to sleep, minds not silent...all I hear is the peep peep... A thumping forms around the room, in tune with my heart, I'm all consumed; Mr. Janas listening to the Man on the Moon. Tell me, tell me what I already know, ...

Insomnia

It's three a.m. ...still awake, begrudging those who sleep. Thoughts and sounds run through my head, never given voice...no you won't hear a peep. My brain knows no silence...it's secrets it will not keep... Battles won...battles lost... Lovers gained...lovers lost. Friend or foe? I do not know...my mind is ill at ease. My demeanour is calm, my foot taps on...the night around me creaks. I hear a buzz...a friend in need, maybe this will calm me...please? Wide awake...my eyes have yet to shake this eccentricity. The more I fight it, the harder I try...the less results I see. The dreams will come, no peace is won...not even so breifly. The buzz goes on, the problems seem to not be just happening to me. We talk for awhile and then I learn to see...that with these dreams...we can sleep...though not peacefully... That's what keeps us up at night...each our own private struggle, one only we can fight. We accept it, deny it...laugh and cry over it. In the end it is us alone...t...

In the Park.

Swinging in the dark, I feel at home at that old familiar park. The sand is in my shoe, kind of like when I was two. Everything seems easier. Pushing my feet back. Never on the right or wrong track. Nothing matters but the sky. The faster I swing, the higher I fly. What am I doing here? I really don't know. Looking for an answer...to a question I can't recall. The street light comes on, the night starts to fall. The street light goes out, like the fire in us all. Where did that passion go? Did it really flee my soul? Or did it transform and I'm too cold to feel it at all? The echoing laughter of children permeates the night. Theirs no one else around...just wistful memories out of sight. Alot of days have come and gone. Some good and some bad, for most I still long. I've always felt older, that with others I don't belong. No sense living in the past many people have said. I whole heartily agree as I reminice in my head. I laugh and I cry, I live and I die. I grow an...
